Though we just came in to browse and possibly test drive a Chevy Sonic, salesman Bryan Statler was excellent and went out of his way to help us. His knowledge about each specific model was very impressive a a Chevy Sonic, salesman Bryan Statler was excellent and went out of his way to help us. His knowledge about each specific model was very impressive and we ended up purchasing a Chevy Cruze which we had not even considered when we stopped in. Bryan stayed late, well past closing time, to be certain that everything was in order before we left. Rich Riehl was also very helpful with the numbers, and dealing with both Bryan and Rich was actually a pleasure. This team was not the typical pushy salesman type which we all dread; instead, they were polite, considerate, and worked with us to give us a more than fair price. Overall, our experience with Wind Gap Chevrolet Buick was excellent! More

Very friendly atmosphere - ironically this use to be a Slate Belt location years ago and my parents bought a 1999 buick century (new) from Rich Riehl on Sept 9,1999 when he was a sales person and now pres Slate Belt location years ago and my parents bought a 1999 buick century (new) from Rich Riehl on Sept 9,1999 when he was a sales person and now present day sales manager. My mother still has the day of sale picture and also, still has the car today. So, you can say repeat buisness years apart and GM cars last when properly maintained. I was very pleased with the sales and service that I had received at the dealership. Rich and Bob were fantastic with helping us decide on what would work best for us and explained in great detail the warra received at the dealership. Bob was great at explaining and showing me everything pertaining to the car. He also took the extra step to find me a booklet which hangs inside the car that allows me to use as a quick referral. I have been to other dealerships however the care and attention that I received at Brown Daub Chevrolet was top rated and I wouldn't think of going anywhere but here again. Hopefully I'll be able to work with Rich and Bob again, it was truly a pleasure. I can't thank you enough for making this a great experience all around. I have talked to everyone about how wonderful it is to purchase a vehicle at Brown Daub and will continue. I drove an hour and half to get to this dealership and would do it again in a heartbeat! All the people I dealt with at this dealership were great. Having gone to different car dealer’s beginning my search in the Scranton and Moosic areas, then ending up in Wind Gap it was well worth my time to travel the 45 min to the 1 hour, for the great Customer ser in the Scranton and Moosic areas, then ending up in Wind Gap it was well worth my time to travel the 45 min to the 1 hour, for the great Customer service I have received. I started out looking for a used car and ended up with new 2012 Chevy Sonic LT. My experience with Brown Daub Buick Chevrolet in Wind Gap, has been AWESOME, I can see myself returning to this dealership in the future for purchases. From the first contact with Rich Reihl to the sales professional Mike Heckman, was absolutely outstanding!!! I would rate my overall experience with them 110%. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. Having gone to a few dealers, prices were definitely reasonable. It was actually lower in Wind Gap v.s in the Scranton/ Moosic area. Last but not least the Friendliness of all of the employee’s there was wonderful. I think what I liked the most was that everyone made eye contact with you and made sure they spoke to you when you came in contact with them. Thank you for such great service!!!! More

After many years of buying cars at Brown Daub, my husband and I have always had a pleasant experience. We would especially like to thank Rich, JR & Mike for all the efforts they put forth this week to find that "perfect" 2012 Chevy Cruze for us, at the right price. I started buying cars at your dealership in 1998 with Rich Rhiel,wonderful man, and then have bought 3 cars from Cappy,wonderful man. We researched multiple dealerships, pricing and inventory. Stopping at Brown Daub on the July 4th Holiday after they were to close for the day, Rich Riehl stayed after hours to let us take the vehi inventory. Stopping at Brown Daub on the July 4th Holiday after they were to close for the day, Rich Riehl stayed after hours to let us take the vehicle for the vehicle for a test drive. His willingness to beat other offers without having to dicker on price made all the difference. Bill Johnson worked with us to complete the deal and provide my daughter with a vehicle she wanted. At Brown Daub in Wind Gap we received the best offer and sales experience on the pruchase of our new Equinox LTZ. More
