Came in for a Green Service and left with a new Torque Mount and a new CV boot. Unfortunately these things are going to break down. It’s a 2013 Venza. I went in because my "low tire" icon was on. A large screw type nail was found to be the culprit and because of the angle, a patch job would not work. Richard was very helpful. The tire I wanted was not in stock but he found one that could be delivered the next morning. Leaving my car at the dealership gave me no transportation for the evening. He comped me a rental. I was on my way and returned the next afternoon to retrieve my car with its new tire. However, I do miss the free car wash option that you once offered. More
