I came in for a recall and it was fixed. But I also asked Del to look at my back window which would not go up. They said everything needed to be replaced and it would be $1400. I knew they were not being honest, so I took it to a regional repair shop and they fixed it for nothing more than 2 hours labor, nothing was replaced. It’s clear that del Toyota was not being honest about the need for replacement. More
