Keeping your word I am reviewing based on my experience and whether I would go back there. We saw Jose to buy a used car. You always want the best deal, which I know I I am reviewing based on my experience and whether I would go back there. We saw Jose to buy a used car. You always want the best deal, which I know I could have worked them for better. I always set a price and got the price explaining that was my price without extras added on. (Not including tax and registration). Afterwards, there was just one charge I normally wouldn't have paid which was $75. I was satisfied with the car and the deal. More so after checking to see how I did compared to others available through both carfax and car gurus. I have never bought a used car before, only new, and I do have reservations since anything wrong with the car which I won't know until I drive it for a while. But, this is a Honda and Honda's reputation is a selling point. No one pressured me to do anything. Everything was laid out for me to make my own decision. Everything done to the car was shown me. The carfax (even though I already read it) was shown me. I will be back for service and if everything goes well, my next New car purchase! More

The Finance Manager made it happen! This is the third Honda we have purchased. Unfortunately our credit was impaired after an illness and we knew it was going to be hard to get approval This is the third Honda we have purchased. Unfortunately our credit was impaired after an illness and we knew it was going to be hard to get approval once again. Our Accord was just totaled and we definitely needed to replace the car. We are very fond of Cindy and so we set an appointment with her last week. With a warm greeting we picked out another Accord a later model and then we went to see our favorite guy, Richard Cirami. He is just a very nice man well seasoned in this industry with accolades far and wide. He was happy to see us and we explained what was happening in our life and were concerned about getting approved. He just smiled and said let’s look at what the Bank sees first then we will determine the best way to structure your deal. In minutes he showed us we’re we dropped and why in our credit score and said don’t worry I will call a Banker at Ally and we will get the right deal for you. So we sat we listened he spoke to Ally and got us a rate lower than the last time. I and my wife were floored. But I understand why it happened. The Banker knew him trusting his word about us and that relationship saved us thousands of dollars in interest. My hats off to this man and he said life is based on relationships. So thank you Richard Cirami you are a great Finance Director. More

Good could be great Folks in sales namely Cindy and Charlie are awesome people that i would love to recommend to my friends and family..However, I would struggle to recom Folks in sales namely Cindy and Charlie are awesome people that i would love to recommend to my friends and family..However, I would struggle to recommend this dealership as a whole since buying a car would entail having to deal with Richard the finance manager..this guy is downright egotistic, unprofessional and a complete bully who does not deserve to be in the position he is in..i am merely echoing the sentiments shares by many an individual before me... Despite Richard’s best efforts to xxxx me off and calling me a ‘pain in the xxx’, i still bought a car from this dealership due to the professionalism and attention the folks in sales exhibited.. I strongly urge management to review how many people this guy has turned away from this dealership and determine whether he is actually worth it..i for one would not shop there again More

A Car buyers Nightmare The finance manager Richard is unethical and dishonest. I worked with Noel, and Charlie who were both nice guys. We worked out a deal on a Certified H The finance manager Richard is unethical and dishonest. I worked with Noel, and Charlie who were both nice guys. We worked out a deal on a Certified Honda Accord. I was pretty satisfied, and thought I had a good deal until I walked into Richard's office. He tried to sell me a warranty for 3k, and I spoke with a friend of mine before deciding to decline. After I declined he elected to to be rude, calling my friend "not so bright, and I must be crazy to turn this down". Then he told me that I would also need to pay a "bank fee" for $495 and gap insurance for $595. I was a little confused, but I was just going to accept it since I liked the car, and Noel and Charlie were good people. After waiting for a little while, they came and told me that the car was not certified yet, and I couldn't pick it up until the next day because it has to go through a 182 point inspection. At this point, I'm pretty frustrated but seeing it was a mistake they apologized profusely and Charlie gave me a ride home. I decided to go ahead with the deal. The next day I wanted to do some more research so I called TD Auto finance which was the bank they used to get my financing. They told me gap insurance is optional and they've never heard of this thing called a bank fee. I called Richard, and he told me I can get a refund back if i pay off the principal, but I have to finance for at least 4 months. He specifically said "December 15th". I told him to put it in writing, and I would like to see him in the office later that day. He said he would be there late that night so it wouldn't be a problem. When I showed up to the dealership, he wasn't there. And the letter he wrote said I had to finance the car for 7 months! They also make you sign a disclosure to finance for 7 months otherwise they will charge you $1,500. And just to add one more thing, when i spoke to Noel and Charlie they said the Finance manager would search multiple banks to get me the best finance deal. They checked 1 bank for financing (I get an email every time someone checks my credit history). I was also not presented the gap insurance as an "option". And the bank fee of course is their little way to make some more money off of you. At the end of all of this, it was a terrible experience. So I encourage future customers to do their due diligence. Yes I understand dealerships will do what they can to make money but lying to customers and not presenting the facts is out of line. More

The folks at this dealership were not pushy and manipulative like many other dealers out there, they took their time to lay everything out and get me the best deal possible.
