Great experience in finding my car at Shottenkirk Cartersville! Sherry made sure I had the right car I was looking for at the right price! She was very patient in letting me make my decision. I wa Cartersville! Sherry made sure I had the right car I was looking for at the right price! She was very patient in letting me make my decision. I was unable to take possession of the car on the night I finalized the purchase, and planned to pick it up on the following day they were open. My wife became ill and was unable to drive me there that day. So Sherry did something very special by delivering the car to me. Now, I call that going above and beyond. That has made a lasting impression on me!! The whole team on up to Richard was enjoyable to work with. I will definitely be referring friends to this dealership. Finding out that Richard was a fellow Louisianian and went to LSU locked up the deal! Geaux Tigers! More
