My Lyriq was in for service for over 3 weeks with zero communication throughout the process. Ricardo told me around 2 weeks upon drop off but I was left in the dark once it went past the estimated time. A communication throughout the process. Ricardo told me around 2 weeks upon drop off but I was left in the dark once it went past the estimated time. A simple update would have made for a better review. I was given the excuse that there are only 4 techs that work on EVs at a dealership that offers 6 luxury EV models. It seems hiring more techs should be a priority. If you can’t find them, consider offering competitive salaries. Customers are buying luxury vehicles without any sort of luxury service experience is a bit sad. More
