What a wonderful experience we had at Phillips Toyota. After calling to verify availability of a Tundra we saw on the website we received a call from the sales manager who referred us to Richard Marazzi. After calling to verify availability of a Tundra we saw on the website we received a call from the sales manager who referred us to Richard Marazzi. We placed a deposit over the phone to hold the Tundra until we could arrive at the dealership three days later. The day we arrived Richard met us outside where we were admiring a 4Runner, which my companion had been researching. My companion commented to Richard “you may be selling two cars today”. I test drove the Tundra and decided to purchase. Richard was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable in answering all our questions regarding the Tundra and the purchasing process. Not too long later we had completed the Tundra purchase and decided to test drive the 4Runner. Richard discussed all the features included in the Limited edition during the test drive. My companion decided to purchase the 4Runner, however her trade in was at home three hours away. We quickly found out this was not an issue as Richard would deliver the vehicle that evening. A short while later the 4Runner purchase was complete and we returned home in the Tundra. Richard delivered the vehicle, patiently waiting for us to remove the personal items from the trade in. We highly recommend Phillips Toyota and especially Richard Marazzi for your next new or used vehicle purchase. More
