These thoughts were solidified as I sensed a lack of integrity, professionalism and customer service as I visited the first four or five dealerships. What a breath of fresh air in walking into Crown Acura and from the first introduction of Rich I sensed a difference. Working with him and his daughter Sophie I was made to feel comfortable, with excellent knowledge on the vehicles and when it came to the finances it was handled in a very pleasant and fair manner. As a business owner myself and knowing the importance of customer satisfaction this dealership stands alone and has removed itself from what is a tainted business. I have changed my view point through this experience at Crown Acura and they have made me a lifelong customer of me and my family, and I will be referring them to my friends and my customers. Bart was exceedingly courteous, professional and knowledgeable, keeping me informed of the on-going status and cost of the repairs. The repairs were completed well withing the time he had provided as an estimate. It was a pleasant experience. When I purchased the vehicle in late 2017, Richard Morris was the sales person, and he could not have been more pleasant. The icing on the cake ended up being the intervention of his son, Dan Morris, who facilitated the sale to my complete satisfaction. Based on my experience so far, I would strongly recommend this dealership. More

First time service I took my wife’s Acura MDX in for the first oil change and tire rotation this week. Tina Arendes was my assigned service advisor and boy did I luck ou I took my wife’s Acura MDX in for the first oil change and tire rotation this week. Tina Arendes was my assigned service advisor and boy did I luck out. She was all ready for me when I arrived as all I had to do was sign a paper. As I was waiting in the lobby she came by twice to update me and to see if I needed anything. Already had two hot chocolate chip cookies so I was good, no, great at that point. She then came back with the all done and I had a newly washed and vacuumed car waiting for me. In all, maybe an hour and I was out the door. Could not ask for better service or better people than the ones at Crown Accura and for sure Tina in service. More
