Wanted to see the car and test drive and totally ignored my request. Would find excuses to not let me see the car because of the damage that the car had. Overall experience was rough, we ended up being there for 8 hours. There would be large chunks of time that we had no idea what was going on or why it was taking so long, which was pretty frustrating. Howeve 8 hours. However, the sales associate we were working with Leroy was super nice, friendly, and clearly doing everything he could...and we ended up with a great car because of him. His service was a full 5 stars, but the day as a whole would only be 2 at best. More

I spoke to my sales rep in regards to a copy of my warranty coverages That I didn’t Receive and he told me he would call me back the next day.
