The lack of eternal (staff) & external (with customers) communication are the biggest challenges I experienced @ Norm Reeves NRH dealership. I could have saved 2 trips after finishing my car purchase, 1/5/ communication are the biggest challenges I experienced @ Norm Reeves NRH dealership. I could have saved 2 trips after finishing my car purchase, 1/5/26. However one item wasn't in the car nor were the windows tinted as stated in purchase conversation. Thru the process, several individual employees were kind and friendly! Wiilling to put in time required to finish a deal. My hat is off zo these young men. However, due to some gray areas, mainly involving communication, I traveled back 18 miles each way two more times. My experience with the service department mgr, on 1/13/26, my 4th trip to the dealership, was less than satisfactory. I was given an apt. I arrived few minutes b4 1030am apt time. A kind conceige greeted me. Then I waited 7-8 minutes fir a service rep. The nice young man didn't have adequate knowledge of my car's situation. (Ask me why I was there?) The servive mgr didn't enable his employees with proper knowledge regarding my HRV/car's needs in this apt. He was in a meeting. His asst mgr was very kind but his hands were tied. This young man texted his boss. The problem was the price I was quoted included all windows. Tech thought HRVs only got 2 windows tinted. I wanted clarity. Due to this situation I was delayed over 2 hrs. I had to cancel another afternoon Dr. apt. I'm choosing not to provide some names here out of respect. However, I will provide those by ph if you reach out. I was told by the kind parts mgr, he would share my situation with James, the GM. J would call me." In summary, I could not sign off on something less than what was agreed upon regarding my car's service. It was only 1/2 of what we'd discussed. Staff was not informed properly. In my opinion the service mgr was at fault. He was not real nice during our conversation. Stated, "I should have gone with our agreement and just signed the paperwork." This was disappointing and frustrating! The service mgr had little empathy, seemed unkind and then stated, "his guys can't know what each vehicle requires in which windows were to be tinted." It was not a pleasant experience. I felt somewhat belittled by this employee who represented NR dealership in an unprofessional way. Despite some individuals' kindness, including my 2 salesmen, Brian in the parts dept and Jeremiah in upgrade dept, (on 1/13/26), I dont feel I can honestly recommend this dealership, especially for those servicing one's vehicle. I'd appreciate a call from upper mgmt. Id be glad to provide more info & additional names. Thank you for listening. 👍 More

My CRV had a very difficult issue to diagnose but the service department kept at it and eventually solved it. It took a handful of visits and a lot of manually intensive steps but they worked with Honda service department kept at it and eventually solved it. It took a handful of visits and a lot of manually intensive steps but they worked with Honda to help out with the costs and it runs great. More
