I bought my car from Rallye (in2004!) and Rallye is the only place I’ve taken it to be serviced. The people who work in the service department have always treated me (and my car!) very well. They are frien only place I’ve taken it to be serviced. The people who work in the service department have always treated me (and my car!) very well. Could not determine AC leak location. Therefore, new compressor recommendation does not make sense. If you cannot find the leak, how can you advise to pay $850..00 for a new compressor and not guarante compressor recommendation does not make sense. If you cannot find the leak, how can you advise to pay $850..00 for a new compressor and not guarantee the repair. All that was done was to restore freon level. Currently AC does not work!! As an eight year customer, this is extremely disappointing. Frankly, since this is the first major service event and a failed repair, it severely effects my perception of your service competence. More

I purchase a used certified RDX paid $30000 and took home first night to have alarm go off for 2 days with no help from Acura until Monday. Then 2 months later my car shaken only to find out I need front and first night to have alarm go off for 2 days with no help from Acura until Monday. Then 2 months later my car shaken only to find out I need front and back rotated pads and brakes. You tried to charge me $$$$. I fought this alone no help from Acura. I won and won’t be visiting this fealship again ever More
