The service was horrible! It was a very unpleasant experience. It too for ever to complete the service and then found out that the car was never washed. Service at its Best Brought the 2019 RDX in for its first service. We have been leasing our cars from Rally for over 11 years and this was our first RDX. Enza is always professional, friendly, and a pleasure to speak to. Richard was more straightforward, but did his job well in understanding what we needed to get serviced. While waiting for the work to be performed, we spoke with Danny Park. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Although Anthony Pergolizzi was not our car salesman, he was very helpful to explain some of the car features we were not aware of. In summation, Rallye Acura staff greets customers with smiles, and treats them with class and respect. More
