First, we apologize for the gum. That's a cleaning issue that will be addressed with our detail service. Second, the Bose sound button was clicked by mistake by the person who takes the photos & checks the car details boxes. That was a human mistake. But that was known before purchase. We sincerely apologize for the mistake. We do our very best to make customers happy. Preowned cars do not come with "promises." The buyers guide listed the car as "As-is" and we did repair the items requested. The balance of your warranty is valid and we'll do our best to assist you in any way further.
