The lot was nice and organized and the inside of the building was nice and practically spotless. It was an all around great place to shop at. Richie was helping me with my car buying process and was super helpful with any questions I had, and the topic didn’t matter he always had the answers. He was never pushy or tried to up sell me! When I first came in I was just looking at a car or two not really sure if I wanted to buy anything yet and he was extremely understanding, a car is a big purchase. He didn’t push a more expensive one on me or anything like that. When I was confident in my discussion we got started on the paperwork and in practically a day the car I wanted was mine, no hassle. Richie was an amazing salesman and I highly recommend him and Mike Murphy Ford. Levi was assisting me with the financial side of it all and he was also outstanding while working with me. He laid out all of my options for a warranty for my car and the payment plans. He was also really detailed with everything and explained everything that I was signing and really like that. And if I had any questions along the way he always had the answer. Levi also didn’t try to up sell me anything I didn’t need, he recommended the best warranty for me and explained everything that went into it. Both Richie and Levi are super friendly and nice to get along with and all around I had an excellent car buying experience here. I’m only 19 so this is my first time buying a car and they always say that first impressions go a long way. Well this one will stick with me for a long time and by the time I need or want a newer and better car I’ll probably be coming here again. More

When we went to Mike Murphy Ford in Morton and spoke with Ritchie, we knew we were in the right place and with the right salesman. He was honest with everything...no secrets, no hidden fees. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had a tight budget, and with the current car crisis, it makes finding a reliable car very stressful. Ritchie was not only able to find us a reliable car, but also suggested a car with higher mileage at a lower cost so that we could afford the extended warranty. We looked at several cars, and spent countless hours test driving. Ritchie treated us like family and found us a car in our budget that he would have trusted his own child driving. We can't say enough about the excellent customer service we received. At the end of the day, when we signed the papers, I started crying out of shear joy and relief that he cared enough to take the time to help us find a car for our son. My 16 year old daughter bought her first car here. Richie made it a smooth experience by allowing us plenty of time to test drive the car and get it inspected by our mechanic.
