I have recently bought Ford F 150 on line from M.Murphy's Ford. This is single most expensive investment I have ever make and I didn't even see the truck in person. Naturally I am nervous and uneasy. My salesman Richie Geiger made un easiness of the transaction virtually disappear. He made all of it smooth and really worry free for me, sticking with me every step of the way until truck was at home. He even verify with me after all if I am am completely satisfied with my purchase (a nice personal touch to ease my mind).I think this kind of costumer service should be recognized because in todays world good costumer service is apparently a rare commodity. It apparent that this guy is not just selling cars but building relationships with costumer and creating the future sales for his employer. I hope that this review will be somewhat helpful to potential buyers whom just like me feel somewhat un easy about large investments. Thank you More
