Everyone was very nice and helpful. But when I picked up my vehicle I wish that you would have filled the gas tank up for me like before instead of giving me a $15 gift card. We were randomly assigned to the car salesman named “Richie”. My baby faced (26 year old) brother and I (a nearly 30 year old woman) went to test drive a car at this dealership. Richie exclaimed “that’ “Richie”. My baby faced (26 year old) brother and I (a nearly 30 year old woman) went to test drive a car at this dealership. Richie exclaimed “that’s a lot of money” when my brother told him which (modestly priced) car we wanted to look at. Upon returning from our test drive, he again said “that’s a lot of money. You can buy a lot of other nice cars for that much money”. I’m not exactly sure what his intentions were, as it was not some expensive sports car that we were looking at? But he clearly was not in the business of trying to sell a car. He said “well, you have my card” and that was the end of our interaction with him. More than happy to take our business ANYWHERE else! This was the only interaction (and will be the last) at Mike Murphy Ford. More
