Richie was so helpful in getting our Ridgeline repaired. He contacted us every day at least two times and left voice messages too! He gave very knowledgeable explanations as to what was wrong. The truck had the same problem about a month ago and the mechanics got in touch with technicians to help get the correct part. Also we were under warranty and our car is a 2019 with 51300 miles.
