I enjoyed my time here at Mazda of Roswell. The cold weather caused one of my tires to crack. This was the quickest I have ever been in and out a service repair. First time in at Service and Parts Depts. Ricky was incredibly helpful (I even ended up buying a rubber cargo mat and he arranged to have installed for me!!), and Charlie helped coordinate having my ne incredibly helpful (I even ended up buying a rubber cargo mat and he arranged to have installed for me!!), and Charlie helped coordinate having my new CX5 fluids and tire pressure checked in prep for a trip in a few weeks. Even did a courtesy car wash!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! My salesman, Jackson even made a point to stop by and say hello. 👍👍👍 More

Absolutely top notch customer service from start to finish. Nick and the other service worker were so nice and very helpful. Chris, Niyata and Anthony all treated me so well! Chris helped me drive off of the lot in my dream car with no pressure or stress. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and how it operated mechanic helped me drive off of the lot in my dream car with no pressure or stress. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and how it operated mechanically and was more than happy to share that knowledge with me. Not once did feel like I was obligated to purchase the car or pushed into doing so. From start to finish this was the best experience I have had with purchasing a car. 10/10 would recommend Mazda of Roswell!!! More
