Had a pretty large problem with their brand new vehicle purchase in less than 5 days of ownership. We contacted the manager and he was not concerned about this at all. He said let him know if we don't get purchase in less than 5 days of ownership. We contacted the manager and he was not concerned about this at all. He said let him know if we don't get it fixed. He could get us a rental if we need it. Sorry, I don't feel like this is showing concern at all. 4 days after buying a vehicle and transmission and other issues. This is not the way I would do business. Not a happy customer. We can’t remember the managers name so we are noting all because that is what we need to complete this review. More

Nick Campola was great helping our son Jonathan to purchase his first vehicle. His attitude was poignant yet relaxed which made the experience relaxing, simple and enjoyable. For my son, who had never purchase his first vehicle. His attitude was poignant yet relaxed which made the experience relaxing, simple and enjoyable. For my son, who had never bought a car before, the process can seem daunting, but Nicks sociability and professional attitude made the experience quite the opposite, fun! Following, our experience at Ganley was only improved by Jim Waterwash who did an amazing job helping our son in finance. His ability to make a young man ( the expenses of a new car) seem simple and manageable were exceptional. Truly one of the most genuine and enjoyable interactions with a man of finance that we have ever had. 10/10 would recommend going out to Painesville for the quality of service that was presented at this dealership, which is simply another reason to stay in the Ganley family. More

My husband and I worked with Nick Campola and could not have been more pleased with the entire process. Nick went out of his way to get us the car we wanted from another dealership.....only to realize we d have been more pleased with the entire process. Nick went out of his way to get us the car we wanted from another dealership.....only to realize we didn’t actually want that vehicle. We drove almost 30 minutes back from his dealership to pick up another car which ended up being the ride we took home. Nick was personable, funny, and made the time fly - especially when we needed everything wrapped up before 6 PM so I could run to the bank and get a certified check. He did not tru to sell us a vehicle we didn’t want and when he told us that even after after the car shuffling if we still weren’t happy he’d make sure he got us in a car we liked - we believed him. I would recommend Nick and Ganley to anyone who asked and I plan on using them when it’s time for me to get a new car! More
