You need to make a reservation if you need a certain car for a rental car, but no one tells you that! I was almost without a rental and ended up with a sedan when I needed at least a crossover, something I for a rental car, but no one tells you that! If if you MAKE an appointment first thing in the morning, you're told you still might wait HOURS for your car to be looked at for something simple. More
