I’m originally from South Charleston, West Virginia, and moved to Columbus, Georgia, in 1985 on a tennis scholarship at Columbus College, where I graduated in 1989. After years as a USPTA-certified tennis professional, I found my passion in the automotive industry in 2005. With over 20 years of experience, I take pride in providing a transparent and personalized car-buying experience for every customer. I’m blessed with a wonderful wife, two amazing sons, and our dog, Sir Paul McCartney. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time with my family. Sold me a car with a known evaporator issue without disclosing it. Needed a $1600 repair 5 days after purchase. Called multiple times to speak to someone. Never got a call back. Spoke to Lawrence my sa disclosing it. Needed a $1600 repair 5 days after purchase. Called multiple times to speak to someone. Never got a call back. Spoke to Lawrence my salesman to try and resolve the issue and still never received a call back. Finally got to speak to a manager about the issue, and manager basically said “you didn’t get a warranty so not our problem”. Hung up on me after I asked if that’s how they do business, here’s your car now screw you. They’ll sell you a car but once they get your money, they’ll toss you on the street. More
