Found this dealership in my search for a car. From the very first phone call I dealt with Rick Groulette. I was able to do business over the phone and text. When I drove to the dealership I took my car for Test drive. It is a gorgeous car. It is in great shape. Everything about it is beautiful. The motor is so quiet. Driving it felt like it was so tight. On a whim, a few weeks back, I set up an appointment to view one on their lot. By the time I was able to go to the dealership, it was already sold. I spoke with Rick Goulette at the time. Recently, I noticed they had another (in the trim I wanted) on the lot. I emailed Rick, and he promptly got back to me. I made it to the dealership that day. Rick was very busy that day, but he made it a point to make sure I was comfortable and to know he was working on my items while helping others. His ability to multitask was impeccable! After my purchase, I realized I left something in my trade. I would have been devastated if it was gone forever. I texted Rick, and the next morning he went out and found my item for me! After my purchase, I had one follow-up concern about my financing. I messaged Rob Hemond, who I had dealt with, and my concern was promptly addressed that same day. Overall, I had a great experience.
