Well worth the 4 hour drive from NY!! I typically viewed car buying as something that had be "endured" rather than enjoyed. That all changed after my first conversation with Rick Goulette at Bonneville. From start to finish the theme of all interactions was customer centric. Rick answered all my questions immediately and on an unsolicited basis went out of his way to send me photos of various external configurations I had inquired about in a prior conversation. At no time before or after agreeing to purchase a vehicle was there any pressure. In summary Rick's agenda was my agenda and that's a rarity in sales these days. You are doing yourself a disservice if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle and don't strongly consider Rick and the rest of the pros at Bonneville. More
