I've had some positive & not so positive experiences with dealerships and theirs sales people. I can honestly say that my most recent experience with Colonial Ford in Plymouth last week was bar none the best experience I've had in my entire life. I dealt with the GSM Dell Roderick and GM Sean McCarthy, both of whom were extremely kind, patient, and great listeners. They both understood my situation and did all they could do (in particular Dell Roderick) to get me into a 2020 Ford Explorer ST. It was then when I met Glenn Smith who was awesome. Glenn was easy to work with and funny. Both Dell and Glenn made me feel like I was part of the Colonial family. I left the dealership feeling like I made friends for life and 100% certain that I would be a customer of Colonial Ford for life! I highly recommend buying/leasing a vehicle from Colonial Ford. I only wish there was an option to give this dealership 10 stars instead of the 5 stars, because they deserve 10 stars! Thanks guys!! More

Extremely pleased with new car buying experience I just purchased a brand new 2018 Ford Escape. I was turning in a 2015 Ford Escape lease of three years. This dealership made my transition not only I just purchased a brand new 2018 Ford Escape. I was turning in a 2015 Ford Escape lease of three years. This dealership made my transition not only easy, but a pleasure as well. I wanted a particular color they didn't have on the lot with specific features. They found me exactly what I asked for with all the features I wanted and had it at their dealership within a couple of days! The turn in was just a matter of signing a paper. The new car buying was made so simple with the help of Finance guru Greg, my salesman Jake and sales supervisor Dell. The service department handled my new inspection sticker in a fast, friendly manner with the help of Rick Jamieson. They even took off my apartment parking sticker and transfered it onto my new vehicle with a smile! Once financing was completed, My salesman, Jake, took me out to my car and went over what all the new features did, how to work them, and even demonstrated the auto parallel parking feature. I couldn't be more satisfied with my car buying experience. Love this dealership and love all the wonderful, helpful people they have here. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle to lease or own as well as any needed service work. More
