Am I The Only One Unhappy? Dropped off 2012 Ford Edge to have door lock and door ajar switch replaced at 7:30 AM ,job quoted for 3-31/2 hours .Dealer closed without call to exp Dropped off 2012 Ford Edge to have door lock and door ajar switch replaced at 7:30 AM ,job quoted for 3-31/2 hours .Dealer closed without call to explain why car not ready. Next day called dealer told car needed a part that tech either lost or broke . Service said would call when ready ,once again I called service at 11am and told car ready in 45 minutes.(13 hours for a 3 1/2 hour job) Took car home and noticed door panel was loose .Back to dealership told must order part.(that tech must have broken) The fact car was returned and I was not made aware of problem is what really bothers me. Returned to dealer to have door panel reinstalled (another 1 hour job) . A grand total of 14 hours for a 3 hour job. We have recently moved to Plymouth Ma. and searched a good dealership, after this experience wife want's to trade in ford for another brand of auto ,so we can get it serviced .Loyal ford owner for 40 years now looking for another make of auto. Sales at Colonial ford and also ownership should sit up and listen, I don't know where poor reviews go on this website . they cant\'t all be good can they? More

I have a money pit of a Chrysler that my husband insists on keeping until the kids are done beating the crap out of it. I like that they schedule oil changes for me, since my husband is always "too busy" t on keeping until the kids are done beating the crap out of it. Good group of people here. My truck is in and out of this place in a timely manor for regular service. If I decide to not stay with Ford, I would continue to come here for oil, brakes, trans, tires... e this place in a timely manor for regular service. In addition to my Taurus they service my 97 Ranger and consistently find ways to save me $. I put about 74+Kmiles on my 2011 Taurus and decided to trade it in for a new Ford-working with Chris Crowell was great-we test drove an Explorer and Fusion and decided on an upgraded 2014 Taurus. My trade in value was very fair but more importantly when Ford was a bit slow in delivery and I put more mileage on it Colonial stuck with their original offer. I was both relieved and pleasantly surprised. In the next few months my wife will be looking to replace her car-Chris will be getting a call.. JeffCH More

I called in for my 5,000 mile service on Monday 11/25 for my Expedition EL and reached Rick. I asked for a service while you wait for Friday AEAP. He gave me 7:30am. I arrived uncharactorsically late at 7: my Expedition EL and reached Rick. I asked for a service while you wait for Friday AEAP. He gave me 7:30am. I arrived uncharactorsically late at 7:40am and was met by Joe Murphy (my usual and long time contact). Joe propmptly took me right in and expeditiously got my expedtion in for service with Mike. I appreciated the fast and attentive care for my needs for a quick turn-around everytime I come there. As ususal my car is professionally and expertly maintained with a car wash and vacumm that follows. I have had up to 5 vehicles maintained by Colonial over that past 10 years with over 1,000,000 mile recorded collectively and this doesn't include the many customers I've referred there. My wife and I keep coming back to Colonial because of the professional and courtesous care we have received in the past, present and look forward to many more years ahead - even though we have moved to Maine We appreciate Joe and his team for all that they do for me and my family.
