Extremely pleased with new car buying experience I just purchased a brand new 2018 Ford Escape. I was turning in a 2015 Ford Escape lease of three years. This dealership made my transition not only I just purchased a brand new 2018 Ford Escape. I was turning in a 2015 Ford Escape lease of three years. This dealership made my transition not only easy, but a pleasure as well. I wanted a particular color they didn't have on the lot with specific features. They found me exactly what I asked for with all the features I wanted and had it at their dealership within a couple of days! The turn in was just a matter of signing a paper. The new car buying was made so simple with the help of Finance guru Greg, my salesman Jake and sales supervisor Dell. The service department handled my new inspection sticker in a fast, friendly manner with the help of Rick Jamieson. They even took off my apartment parking sticker and transfered it onto my new vehicle with a smile! Once financing was completed, My salesman, Jake, took me out to my car and went over what all the new features did, how to work them, and even demonstrated the auto parallel parking feature. I couldn't be more satisfied with my car buying experience. Love this dealership and love all the wonderful, helpful people they have here. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle to lease or own as well as any needed service work. More

great dealership I bought both of my cars from colonial ford. My last car was totaled so I was looking for a car for 2 months. I finally came across a 2013 Ford Focus I bought both of my cars from colonial ford. My last car was totaled so I was looking for a car for 2 months. I finally came across a 2013 Ford Focus for less than $10k and less than 50k miles on it. I dealt with jake Eldredge and he is a great salesman and willing to help you in any way he can and help you get in the car that you've been searching for. I also dealt with Shane Conroy who is the finance manager and he helped me more than necessary when it came to gap coverage with my last car that was totaled, as well as getting me into a beautiful car with no money down. I had the car for 2 weeks and there happened to be something wrong with the transmission. I dealt with Anthony Cristiani and he was very nice about the entire situation. They towed the car and fixed the entire thing for free as well as giving me transportation for the time my car was in the shop. My car runs absolutely beautiful now. I got an amazing price on my car and I am very happy with it. I have dealt with colonial ford for almost a year and a half now with two different cars, which I can say I know pretty much the entire staff at this point now. Almost everyone at colonial ford was helping me get into the car I wanted for the price I needed, in which they succeeded . They are all extremely friendly and willing to help in which ever way they can. So thank you to every one I encountered along the way! More

We have a Ford dealer in our hometown, yet we drive the extra half hour out of our way to come to Colonial Ford. We have bought multiple vehicles here starting in 2002, and we bring them here for service as well. ALL of the staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience here. Domenic in Sales and Shane in the Finance office work well together to close the deal. Rick, Joe, and now Anthony in the Service Dept. never laugh when I describe what's wrong with my vehicle. Regular maintenance is a breeze, any other issues are always taken care of, and the pricing is reasonable. When I did get into an accident, Mark (and crew) in the body shop worked magic on my truck, and worked with the insurance co. to make it as easy as possible. The staff in the office always answer the phone with a smile, and provide the backup to make this a great place to come. If you ever have an issue, please speak up, as I have found that they are always willing to listen and work with you to make it right. We HIGHLY recommend you visit Colonial Ford in Plymouth!! More

Dropped off 2012 Ford Edge to have door lock and door ajar switch replaced at 7:30 AM ,job quoted for 3-31/2 hours .Dealer closed without call to exp Dropped off 2012 Ford Edge to have door lock and door ajar switch replaced at 7:30 AM ,job quoted for 3-31/2 hours .Dealer closed without call to explain why car not ready. Next day called dealer told car needed a part that tech either lost or broke . Service said would call when ready ,once again I called service at 11am and told car ready in 45 minutes.(13 hours for a 3 1/2 hour job) Took car home and noticed door panel was loose .Back to dealership told must order part.(that tech must have broken) The fact car was returned and I was not made aware of problem is what really bothers me. Returned to dealer to have door panel reinstalled (another 1 hour job) . A grand total of 14 hours for a 3 hour job. We have recently moved to Plymouth Ma. and searched a good dealership, after this experience wife want's to trade in ford for another brand of auto ,so we can get it serviced .Loyal ford owner for 40 years now looking for another make of auto. Sales at Colonial ford and also ownership should sit up and listen, I don't know where poor reviews go on this website . they cant\'t all be good can they? More
