Even though we had to wait for a couple days (waiting for a certification), he reached out every day with pictures of the vehicles giving me real-time updates as it went through the process. When it came to signing the paperwork, I had to have my 2-year-old twins with me and he was great with the boys. I will always recommend you talk with Rick first. If he doesn't have what you need, he'll find it for you and has done that with us twice. Rick kept us up-to-date every step of the way helped us get in and out each time. Even when their was hiccups in the process he stayed on top of it the whole and didn't waste any of our time. On top of this, he explained every aspect of the vehicle to us ensuring we completely understood what the Pilot had to offer. For instance, we took a video of the storage space in the back of the Pilot so I could send it to my wife (as she couldn't be there) as it was a concern for hers. Joe helped us out tremendously and was extremely patience with having our boys in the room. They're good boys but they're two and he really help ease our stress and worked with us. On top of that he was thorough, knowledgeable, and did not push too much on us that we didn't need. Everything we received was worth it at Don Ayres Honda Acura. We were out of the financing aspect in about 20 minutes all signed and haven't looked back. More
