Easy going great experience, I purchased a truck that would be in high demand so i understand the lack of movement on the item. This is the first time i have ever purchased a vehicle without recieving A would be in high demand so i understand the lack of movement on the item. This is the first time i have ever purchased a vehicle without recieving A full tank of fuel (had a 1/4 tank when picked up) , had a bedliner able to be worked in, or any play at all. I started the purchase of my 2020 F250 on Saturday 27 August. I didn't plan on buy at that time but found a used vehicle that I was willing to settle for. Charlie was prompt but not up to speed on the t August. I didn't plan on buy at that time but found a used vehicle that I was willing to settle for. Charlie was prompt but not up to speed on the truck I was looking at. I was handed off to Rick because Charlie had another customer ahead of me. I explained to Rick that my time was very short and I would not be taking delivery till Monday morning. When I arrived Monday I figured that everything would be done and ready to go. Something was supposed to be installed, like a LoJack, but wasn't done yet. I was at the dealership for over 2 hours when they said they needed another hour to do the installation. I told them that I don't have time and have to go to work. They said that I could make an appointment for the install. My time is very important to me and when they had plenty of time and failed I'm a little put out. Also, the fuel tank was less than half full. First dealership I have ever been to that didn't fill the tank. So, maybe a C+. Not my best experience. More

We’re very pleased, so far, with our purchase of a used Ford Flex. Rick was our sales consultant and he was great. Very nice, easy to work with.
