Went to Tustin Hyundai to get my wife a new Santa Fe and the process could not have been easier. I told Rick what she wanted and what we were looking to spend. I sent him my information over email and filled out the application from the comfort of my own home and spent less than an hour at the dealership. I was greeted by everyone including Mr. Patterson the owner which was pretty cool. I would definitely recommend getting your Hyundai at Tustin! More

I saw the Hyundai Tustin had good reviews and decided to give Hyundai another shot. Talk about night and day! Rick was amazing! He spent so much time going over every feature of the car and treated me like a queen. There was no sales pressure...I dealt only with Rick and wasn't passed around to 4 different people trying to cajole me into a terrible deal. He gave me a few financing options and we found a great deal that suited my budget. I seriously got the royal treatment and walked away so incredibly happy that I got the car I wanted with an amazing deal. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Rick, who did everything possible to make my experience a superb one. I also want to note that the whole team at Hyundai Tustin were phenomenal (the Porter's who unblocked my car from the lot were so nice!!) I'll be back here again in the future!! More

Excellent service and transparent pricing I recently bought a 2020 sonata limited. Initially i went in for a different color and they dont have in stock. Rick took me for a test drive and said I recently bought a 2020 sonata limited. Initially i went in for a different color and they dont have in stock. Rick took me for a test drive and said he will contact other dealers in the area and see if he can get the car transferred. Unfortunately no dealer is willing to trade. I been to poway hyundai and they are complete scammers. So i am back here at Tustin Hyundai. As Rick is out of office Greg helped me with the purchase. Everything went smooth. Had to wait an hour for finance to be called and paper work took about 15 minutes. Overall its a great experience. They are very open about pricing and they don't add any dealer accessories like others do. Thanks Greg for awesome customer service. Highly recommend. More

I prefer to do business over e-mail and Dustin never pressured me to provide my phone number. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and quickly over e-mail. When I finally went in to test drive the vehicle it happened to be Dustin’s day off, but his colleague Rick did a great job of showing me the ins and outs of the car. Even though I was dealing with a different salesperson, there was no bait and switch. During the test drive process Rick was straightforward, honest, and I never felt pressured that I had to purchase the car that day. A couple of days later I decided to purchase the car and Dustin was more than willing to hold the car for me for a couple of days while I figured out financing. When it was finally time to close the deal, there were no hidden add-ons and no extra pressure to buy extended warranties or service packages. I didn’t pay more than the out the door price I was quoted from the very beginning, which is a rarity in car sales. If you’re looking for a great no hassle car buying experience, I would definitely recommend Tustin Hyundai! More
