We love the car we got, but we weren't happy with the dealership. The dealer we used seemed very slow and inefficient. It took much longer than we thought was necessary to do the paperwork once we agre dealership. The dealer we used seemed very slow and inefficient. It took much longer than we thought was necessary to do the paperwork once we agreed to the deal. Also when we came back to sign papers and pay for the car there was somebody who was very rude to us. We were there on the day after we got a few inches of snow. I wanted to park close to the door of the dealership and the parking attendant was extremely rude. They were moving the cars for snow removal, which I understood had to be done, but he should've been apologetic about our need to park a little further away rather than rude about it. He said "you try plowing the snow with all these cars." in an extremely hostile tone. More

As of yet, we have not had our car serviced here and cannot rate them. We rated a 3 because when buying a CPO vehicle the dealership, at first, ignored a problem with a wheel hub and burned out beari cannot rate them. We rated a 3 because when buying a CPO vehicle the dealership, at first, ignored a problem with a wheel hub and burned out bearings, which we had brought to the attention of our sales person. We don't know if this was a problem originating with the service department or the dealership, Once resolved we proceeded to purchase the car. More
