Very personable and helpful staff I needed to purchase a car and had a limited amount of time to make a decision. I returned from an overseas assignment with the military and had a couple of weeks off at home before I left to my new assignment. While my stress levels were very high, none of that was due to my experiences at the dealership! They were able to get me into the car I wanted at a great price. They even stayed late to complete the deal and were so professional. The next day, I discovered that there was an error in the tax calculation (Out-of-state sale). I called and they corrected it right away. No complaints from me and I am very grateful for the entire team’s hard work. Thank you to everyone there at Don Ayres, including the service team for installing the splash guards and putting nitrogen in the tires at the last minute. More

I went to the dealership three times before I decided to purchase a 2018 Honda CR-V. The first time, he patiently went through each vehicle that I thought I might be interested in. We discussed the pluses and minuses of each car. Even when I was dazzled by the sporty little car, he discussed how it didn’t quite fit my original “must have” list. The second visit, I retest drove the car I thought I wanted and relooked at each of the features that were important to me to help me narrow down the package I wanted and to choose the color combination. My third visit was the most important. The make, model, color & package that I wanted, was waiting for me. Brandon made sure that I had remembered to bring in all the pertinent information for a seamless transaction. I met the whole team who thanked me for giving them the opportunity to serve me.
