"Excellent customer experience"
It is often several years between purchases of a new vehicle for us. We recently lost our 2010 Ridgeline in the flood following Hurricane Florence. We were in Raleigh, and decided to stop in to the Leith dealership just to see the new models in person. We were so impressed with Rick Staton, his knowledge of the vehicle and excellent customer service, that we left a deposit check before returning to our home over 2 hours away. Rick found a vehicle that fit our needs and arranged for us to pick it up asap. He made the sales process so easy, and Business Manager, Quincy Hamilton, streamlined the paperwork. Everyone in the dealership, from the reception area to other employees made us feel very welcome.

Processing the paperwork after buying the car took entirely too long, it took almost 2 hours until I was able to leave. Rick was a nice guy. The finance guy, Jacky Hwang, was NOT pleasant and almost ruined my experiences, he was an a**.
