Butch was wonderful from start to the completion of my new Buick Encore purchase. He listened to me concerning what I wanted in my new vehicle & what payments I wanted to be at and he made it happen. Hi new Buick Encore purchase. He listened to me concerning what I wanted in my new vehicle & what payments I wanted to be at and he made it happen. His knowledge after purchasing the Encore of the setting up of my phone & components of the vehicle were impressive. This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from Henry Brown GMC and I have been pleased both times! More

If I could give this dealer zero stars I would. Never buy a car from Henry Brown. They lie and cheat and do not disclose critical information about the car you are buying. After finding out about the problem a car from Henry Brown. They lie and cheat and do not disclose critical information about the car you are buying. After finding out about the problem they now refuse to do anything about it stating "this is normal". Sorry but when a car does not work in temperatures over 100 degrees and they sell you this car in Arizona where temperatures are over 100 degrees almost half the year, that is fraud. They knew this issue existed and did not disclose this information before selling the car and now refuse to solve the problem. The only response I can get from them is to contact Buick. Well they sold me the car, they lied, they refuse to help. So the Henry Brown dealership is the problem here. If you plan to purchase a new car whether it be a Buick or not, you need to find another dealership. Do not, I repeat do not go to Henry Brown. Here is an update, after 4 weeks of getting nowhere with Henry Brown, Buick itself and GM Financial, they replied to my review here wondering how they can help. HAHA that is wonderful. I replied to them and stated everything that happened and ask for them to please just take the car back. Not only will they not listen to me they even refuse to listen to Buick who also asked them to buy back the car. It has been sitting in my driveway for 4 months since I cannot really drive it, very unsafe almost been in several accidents. But do not get any replies since then. The dealer does not really want to solve this problem they just don't care enough about their customers. Like I said before you do not want to go to this dealership. I have regretted this purchase since May when the temperatures rose and my car would not run properly. Since then I have had nothing but trouble and Henry Brown's own service manager just states and I quote "just wait until the temperature goes down and the car will be fine". Is this really who you want to buy a car from? More

I recently purchased a used Toyota from Henry Brown Buick GMC. The front brake rotors are in bad shape and must be replaced. The dealer should have done that. I actually was not intending to lease a GMC Acadia at this time, as I was nearing the last half year of my (then) current lease of a 2016 GMC Terrain, but after test driving the 2017 Acadia and discussing the terms available to lease one, everything just fit. I had dealt with Rickie on my previous transaction at Henry Brown and was pleased to do so again. More
