I had to purchase a vehicle during unprecedented economic times. Ricky made the process a lot less stressful. He guaranteed weekly updates on a vehicle delivery date and he delivered. Not every salesperson w times. Ricky made the process a lot less stressful. He guaranteed weekly updates on a vehicle delivery date and he delivered. Not every salesperson would waste time weekly calling to inform of a vehicle delivery date when there wasn't much of an update for weeks on end but he did just that. He was honest and upfront. Can't say enough how great Ricky was throughout this whole process. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and i could see the smiles on their faces even through their masks. One recommendation to whoever inspects and prepares the vehicle for the final sale, they should inspect and prep the car with a little bit more attention to detail. The car I purchased was delivered one day and I purchased it the very next. I purchased the car at night and before I drove off the lot which was after closing time, I personally looked bumper to bumper before driving off. The rear bumper had a tiny chip in the paint. Although it was small, it was a chip nonetheless. With white paint, I was able to see it. It was a little disappointing it was not caught sooner. Ricky was aware of this prior to me driving off the lot but since it was past closing, there was not much he could do. Ricky ensured that it would be fixed no big deal but I have very limited availability to make it back to the dealer within the hours that service is available. Without a doubt, I know it will get fixed but it is just a hassle for something that should've been caught. Overall, I am pleased and satisfied with the purchase from start to finish. Kudos to Ricky! Everybody was very nice and cordial. Got me in and out in with no hassles. Quick to follow up and made me seem that I was priority #1. Which is all you can ask for when dealing with anybody who is deali in with no hassles. Quick to follow up and made me seem that I was priority #1.
