No one is available The service department at Autohaus is Superior! I’ve been in other local Mercedes dealerships and two things consistently happen. No one is available to Check you in and no one keeps you informed as to how long service will take. I own a Sprinter purchased at another Mercedes dealership because Autohaus does not sell them and it’s been there over 50 days without an adequate explanation for the delay. I’ve been there on occasions where no one is available to check you in foe 20 to 30 minutes. Autohaus has the customer service you expect from a Mercedes dealership everyone is pleasant, no issues with service for over 5 years now. Highly recommend! More
