I went into to look at the new cars with no intention of buying. 3 hours later I left with a 2020 Kia Rio. Steve Heinz was very helpful and did not pressure me at anytime. Sales folks were informative and helpful. The process to close the deal took too long. I had to wait 4 hours to see the finance person. There were no floor mats in the vehicle and I was told that they were close the deal took too long. I had to wait 4 hours to see the finance person.
