The worst dealer I have ever been bought a car from. They give you the run around when they sell you a brand new car that have defects from the people building the car. I was originally quoted a certain price online and was told that the interest would be 0%. When I went into the dealership, I met with Bill. Long story short, Bill had no knowledge about the vehicle and tried telling me features that were in the car that were not accurate. He tried to tell me the price I got online was not right, and I would not get 0%. He finally came down with the price, but when I viewed the car, it was not the same car I inquired about online, and it did not have features he told me it would have. When I questioned this, he got extremely defensive and was very rude. When we told him we'd like to discuss the higher version, and we'd want to make it work in our price range. He leaned back in his chair, rubbed his hands together, and said "looks like we're done here". Bill was so unprofessional and I was so angry. I emailed Ricky and Tiffany, both in management and never got a response. I went to a different dealership and got the higher trim in the price I wanted. So I believe Bill was just lazy and did not want to budge with us. I would avoid this sales associate. More

2020 NEW Kia Optima EX Premium Edition On June 15, 2020, I bought a BRAND NEW 2020 Kia Optima EX Premium Edition, test drove it, bought it, and asked if they could tint the windows and put On June 15, 2020, I bought a BRAND NEW 2020 Kia Optima EX Premium Edition, test drove it, bought it, and asked if they could tint the windows and put mud guards on the car and deliver it to me when finished. They delivered it in 5 days with a 5" dent in the passenger door, a chipped windshield, and the brakes weren't working correctly. I was told by their sales manager, Chad, they would bring me a loaner, repair the car and return it to me by Friday 3rd. Then, on the 3rd I was told the car wouldn't be ready, it wasn't repaired yet!. So I said cancel the Contract and give me my money back. After several protracted conversations, I was told I'd get my money back and the contract would be cancelled. It is now July 13th, I still don't have my down payment back and am holding their loaner until I get my money back. Chad, the Sales Manager at this location, lacks any form of integrity, doesn't return his phone calls, his voice mail box is always full so you can't leave him a message, and he doesn't follow through on what he says he's going to do. I also left several messages for Ricky Perez who didn't return my telephone messages either. It's been almost a month since I purchased my car and am still waiting for my money to be returned along with a cancelled Contract. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. However, I would recommend their sales lady, Klaudia Tatkowska, she followed through on everything she said she was going to do and was a pleasure to work with. More
