wanted to take a moment to recognize Rigoberto at Ford Temecula for providing what was truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Having spent many years working in the service industry myself, I understand how difficult it can be to consistently deliver exceptional service while balancing the demands of a busy operation. Rigoberto not only met those expectations—he exceeded them in every way. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcomed, valued, and completely at ease. He took the time to listen, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and communicated with professionalism and genuine care throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his ability to make me feel comfortable reaching out to him for anything I may need moving forward. That level of trust and confidence is something that cannot be taught—it comes from a true commitment to taking care of customers. Employees like Rigoberto are a tremendous asset to any organization. My husband is deployed and I needed to service his Ford Mach E. We utilize our phones as keys and do not keep physical keys on us. When I arrived at the dealership to drop it off, I completely forgot I nee Mach E. We utilize our phones as keys and do not keep physical keys on us. When I arrived at the dealership to drop it off, I completely forgot I needed to provide a physical key. Instead, Rigo Larios and his team were so accommodating, even during the busiest time of the day. They offered to type in the password in order to remote start the vehicle as well as call me to remote unlock the doors. I know this was a huge inconvenience on them but as a current single mother while my husband is away, managing an upcoming PCS and a hectic schedule with two little kids, I could not find time to reschedule. We also commute to San Diego daily for work and school and do not make it home at traditional hours. I am so grateful for the after-hours pick up service that they offer. It made my life so much easier. Plus, the service was extremely affordable! The video inspection and the meticulous 360 camera inspection were beyond detailed and very educational. Thank you all!! More
