Hello Future Guests, my name is Riki Rosales and I work in Sales for Echo Park car dealership. The last ten years I worked in the medical field, but I was ready for a change. I am sure my two teenage sons were thinking ‘what is mom thinking?’ when I decided to venture into the car world. I started with Echo Park 2 years ago. Originally I was hired to work in Post Sales dept. I quickly saw who Echo Park was and what they were about and I fell in love! My co-workers are beyond amazing, and I discovered I had a natural skill working with our guests. After a few months I was asked to go into sales, I agreed but was very nervous. I had never sold anything in my life! But after working closely with the sales team I realized it truly is about making the guest experience as enjoyable as possible. I knew I would do well! I love working with people and seeing the smile on their faces as they drive away, reminds me why I do this job!

Riki was exceptional! From the moment we drove up, overwhelmed and beaten after coming from a different car dealership. She treated us so well. Was SO patient. Process was fairly easy. Seller was personable. Only thing was they didn't give me the estimated full trade in value even though I stated the car was in good condition not ex Seller was personable. Good was had normal wear and tear and minor knicks and scratches, which was what I had. They knocked it down $500 less than quoted. Just keep in mind all the fees are going to add on another $3800 to $4000 to the sticker price. Experience is better than most dealerships. They aren't pushy or trying to intimidate you. It is what it is as long as you know what you're getting yourself into. Whole process expect 2hrs or more. Have your information ready. They do deposit holds on cars if there is one you're really wanting. They will hold it for 24 hours and the deposit is refundable. While you're waiting they have a cool coffee/tea/drink dispenser.
