Hello Future Guests, my name is Riki Rosales and I work in Sales for Echo Park car dealership. The last ten years I worked in the medical field, but I was ready for a change. I am sure my two teenage sons were thinking ‘what is mom thinking?’ when I decided to venture into the car world. I started with Echo Park 2 years ago. Originally I was hired to work in Post Sales dept. I quickly saw who Echo Park was and what they were about and I fell in love! My co-workers are beyond amazing, and I discovered I had a natural skill working with our guests. After a few months I was asked to go into sales, I agreed but was very nervous. I had never sold anything in my life! But after working closely with the sales team I realized it truly is about making the guest experience as enjoyable as possible. I knew I would do well! I love working with people and seeing the smile on their faces as they drive away, reminds me why I do this job!

Echo Park made the car buying experience seamless. This is a fabulous company!! There were no long drawn out sales pitches or high pressure selling. I was greeted immediately and within minutes Riki, my sa is a fabulous company!! There were no long drawn out sales pitches or high pressure selling. I was greeted immediately and within minutes Riki, my salesperson, began helping me unlock cars so I could look at them. I test drove two cars (without a salesperson in the car directing my every move allowing me to truly test drive the car) and found my dream car. I left in about an hour after finding my car. The finance application was simple and paperwork drawn up quickly. I was given options to add a warranty with gap, and a separate interior and/or exterior package. Complimentary drinks are provided. No pressure by a separate finance person to buy options. Riki handled the entire process and provided me with all my options with costs associated. The process was extremely smooth. My car was washed and detailed and I was on my way!! Echo Park provided a 190 point inspection and they stand by their 1000 mile limited warranty. I had a flat tire and called the warranty department who immediately made an appointment. They got me in and out quickly and honored their warranty by replacing my tire at no cost. I would definitely recommend Echo Park for reasonably priced vehicles under 60,000 miles and 5 years. They have tons of options and a number of luxury cars. From the friendly manager on site, fabulous salesperson, and exceptional customer service, this car buying experience was the best I have ever had. Riki even checked to see how my car was doing a few days after my purchase. I could not have asked for a better experience. More
