We went in to checkout the Mazda3. We had a set budget and we were clear from the beginning. We were down between 2 cars and made the decision to go with the Mazda3. After some back an We had a set budget and we were clear from the beginning. We were down between 2 cars and made the decision to go with the Mazda3. After some back and forth on pricing and running credit, we were very close to finalizing a deal. We went in and then they proceeded to do the typical back and forth, telling us the numbers didn't work. We were told how much money they were losing on the deal, that they couldnt get the rate without increasing the price. So we contacted another dealer who told us they were able to beat that deal, ran our credit and got everything to work without any haggling or fighting. After we informed Cardinale Way, they asked us to send them the quote from that other dealer so they could match it, then all of a sudden they WERE able magically make it work. This entire 2-day back and forth frustrated us and made us doubt the honesty and integrity of the dealership. We had a simple process with the other dealership, did everything that day, went in and signed paperwork in under an hour and drove home in our new car, at the price and rate they promised. More

Riley is the most unprofessional and unfriendly sale I met. They tricked me there saying they can beat the 31.5K OTD quote for preferred CX5, and when we got there they said the quote had 3000 cash down s met. They tricked me there saying they can beat the 31.5K OTD quote for preferred CX5, and when we got there they said the quote had 3000 cash down so it should be 34.5K. We misunderstood the quote, but they should be professional enough to see it before we came rather than tricked us there wasting us 50 dollars uber and 2 hours waiting which is another 250 dollars based on our hourly payment. They should pay us back and feel shamed for dishonesty. More

All about the money and not about customer service. Out to make a quick buck and are liars. Worst dealership I've ever been to. Not so nice attitudes on the phone. Get new employees and managers.
