Again, I was so pleased how Charles took care of us I sent a review to Charles, but neglected to check off the stars. Like Jim and Rita, there isn't enough stars for me to check. Good experience We saw a used car and went to Liberty to purchase it and came out with a new Encore. Our experience was never pushy and we were never rushed even though our salesman Charles had been there all day and it was the 4th of July weekend. He was competent and experienced and never seemed irritated by all of our questions and mind changing. He was helpful all the way through and even set up my phone. We will be back in 3 years for our next purchase. More
