Had an overall great experience with the Lexus of Wilmington Team. The process started with Johua reaching out to me and getting me setup with my appointment, to test drive my new vehicle. I wasn't sure what time that I could make it, driving from Philadelphia and the team was able to be flexible with my schedule. Joshua and his Sales Manager Alex reviewed all the details, and we came to an agreement on price. I was handed off to Rob in finance, and he took exceptional care of me, getting the best deal on my extended warranty that fit my high driving mileage needs. Rob was also able to get me a .5% better rate on my auto loan then my credit unions auto check. After my purchase, had a small item that needed to be fixed and Joshua took care of everything, to make sure that my customer needs were met. Overall, Joshua and the Lexus of Wilmington Team are a class act organization. My family and I will make sure to continue this relationship going forward, for all of our car needs. More
