Our sales representative, Troy Mayer, provided phenomenal customer service. We found a car from their dealership but live 3 hours away so had to do all our communications and negotiations via phone or email. customer service. He even took a video of the car to give us a better view since there was only a few pictures posted. On the day we drove up to the dealership to close the deal, we had a bunch of unforeseen issues with our financing and Troy went above and beyond in addressing our issues. He even got us food since we were there so long and didn’t have time to eat breakfast or lunch. I highly recommend Troy if you can get him as a salesperson - he always put the customer first! More
