I purchased a used 2018 CR-V from Roush. The service was pretty good, and they were helpful during my car buying experience. After purchasing the vehicle, they cleaned the inside good but left buff swirls a pretty good, and they were helpful during my car buying experience. After purchasing the vehicle, they cleaned the inside good but left buff swirls all over the side of my car and left buffing compound on my trim. They also did not fill up my gas tank which isn’t a huge deal but feel that would be nice after spending that kind of money on a vehicle. After the fact, they have worked with me to make everything right which is much appreciated. More

My experience at Roush Honda was pretty good, however there were some bumps towards the end of the purchase I made. Angel Milanov was very nice. Although, I noticed he had another customer while I was th there were some bumps towards the end of the purchase I made. Angel Milanov was very nice. Although, I noticed he had another customer while I was there and was not fully focused with me as a customer. There was some miscommunication as well. Rob Donkelaar on the other hand was very helpful and understood where I was at with what I wanted. He kept it honest with me and did a great job from my initial inquiry all the way towards the purchase. In the Finance department, Tim Senek made everything clear with the paperwork and making sure I understood everything. There was a bit of delay several times, but he managed to be as efficient as possible in getting me home promptly with my new car. I appreciate all the hard work these gentlemen put in despite some obstacles that came in the way like I mentioned. Very awesome service and sales department! I initially went in about 3 weeks ago looking for a newer car. I was greeted by salesman Rob Donkelaar. After a while, we agreed that I'd look at some of their p went in about 3 weeks ago looking for a newer car. I was greeted by salesman Rob Donkelaar. After a while, we agreed that I'd look at some of their pre-owned certified cars online, then contact him. I did find a 2018 Civic hatchback with just under 14,000 miles. I went back to see him and made the purchase. He's very easy to work with, very honest, straightforward and helpful. I wish everyone was that way! I went back in the next morning to pick up my vehicle and he came in on his day off to make sure everything went smooth for me. I would definitely recommend Roush Honda and Rob to everyone! Too bad there are only 5 stars. I would definitely rate higher!! True awesomeness at its best for sure!! More
