From the moment you walk in, till the moment you drive away in your dream car, they will cater to your every need, answer any question , follow up on promised items and complete the entire process in an efficient, professional, courteous and pleasant way. Rob, the sales adviser, is a no pressure, courteous and attentive peron. he answer every little question i had, no matter how insignificant, and then got me the answer to questions that were outside his realm. Gave me a fair price for my trade, a very good deal on my S 550 4Matic , and addressed all the concerns i had in a satisfactory matter, getting involved all the departments necessary, such as finance, service and management. And let's be honest. Why are you going to Mercedez Benz of Hagerstown? To get a good deal. and they will make it happen! They did it for me, and that means i will go back here for my next car, and suggest my friends and family do the same if they want to be happy with their next car purchase. CJ in finance gave me several options thru different banks and sent me 10 emails in 10 minutes! If that is not follow up, attention to detail and willingness to assist, then i don't know what it is. Definitely recommend her working the numbers for you , as they might be able to beat or your bank or Credit Union. And finally Justin, GM took the time to listen to my concerns raised by an independent inspection, addressed all the issues and made a more than fair concession to get the deal done. I will be back for service, tires and breaks as well as my next Mercedes, when the time comes. Stop searching around and once you find the vehicle you like on their website or lot, go in knowing you will get a good deal, get treated nice and walk away smiling in your new car. More

Tough car month just turned into the BEST car experience ! From my first phone call with Rob Edmonds, I knew I was going to be taken care of with the purchase of our fourth Mercedes Benz. We lost my wife's fav From my first phone call with Rob Edmonds, I knew I was going to be taken care of with the purchase of our fourth Mercedes Benz. We lost my wife's favorite car , her E350 Bluetec , when she was in a bad car accident less than two weeks ago and Rob has made every effort possible to get my new car delivered personally while my wife is recovering in a wheelchair . I really have had no time to spend on a car purchase with all of the hospital and accident issues , so my confidence in the brand and the care he has given our situation are without question the reason we buy Mercedes Benz ! Next he his going to focus on trying find a replacement for the one that was totaled in the accident for my wife, who will never own anything else since her life was saved by all the Benz protection features in her car. More

Wonderful car shopping experience! One of the staff members greeted me and offered assistance immediately upon my arrival. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. Rob was very courteous and pleasant from the start of the process to the end. The financing process was very quick and they did not try to add a bunch of unnecessary extras that most car dealerships do. This was the most hassle-free car shopping experience I have ever had. The whole process was very efficient . This was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I love my E350; it is pure joy driving that car! Best Dealer Experience Ever! I leased a new 2015 CLA from Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown at the end of February 2016. This was my first lease experience. I was a bit anxious after I leased a new 2015 CLA from Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown at the end of February 2016. This was my first lease experience. I was a bit anxious after hearing other lease horror stories. My sales person was Rob Edmonds. Rob was wonderful to deal with. There was no heavy sales pitch just straight forward information and a real desire to match me with a vehicle I would be happy with. This was very refreshing. I had rented a CLA for a week on my last vacation so I was pretty much sold on the car before I walked into the dealer. The biggest thing for me was fitting it in my budget. This is where Austin Shemon came in. Austin explained everything about leasing to me in detail. Answered all my many question with the patience of a Saint. When it came time to sign the paperwork (the nervous part) CJ Brown made that a pleasant experience as well. Because we purchased so late in the evening we were all kind of numb and I missed asking Rob a few questions. I emailed Rob to see if he would mind if came back by the dealership to go over some items on the car. He accommodated with my crazy schedule and answered all my questions. Obviously, at this dealership, their services do not stop once the sale is made. They go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. During meeting with Rob I meet the General Manager of the dealership who took the time to introduced himself, ask if there was anything else they could do for me. I will recommend this dealership to all who ask me about my vehicle. More
