ROB EDMUNDS had the car waiting for us at the front door when we arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable about every detail regarding the model we were test driving, patient and we felt no pressure to make a decision that day, although we did do so. CJ BROWN took over from there with all the paperwork. She was just as friendly, accommodating and offered, but didn't push all those little "extras" on us, that we didn't want. Understanding we were in a hurry, as we live an hour away from the dealership, she wrapped things up for us as quickly as possible. We also met the Sales Manager briefly, but he couldn't have been more laid back and personable, again with no pressure at all. After the Sale, we had a couple of questions regarding the CPO WArranty and personalized license plates that we ordered through the dealership. Both Rob and CJ responded to us right away and answered all our questions. We have purchased several cars in the past, mostly from Lexus, Mercedes and Toyota. We typically use dealerships that are much closer to home. We always do our homework ahead of time and pretty much know what we want and what we feel is a fair price prior to walking into the dealership. Yet, we both still dread the thought of the whole process. However, both my husband and I felt this trip was well worth the drive for the excellent service and stress free transaction. We will certainly be back for our next car purchase. More

Through the entire process I felt like my needs and my happiness were the most important achievement for this team. I began my experience by sending a request on the internet, and although it was Saturday night after closing, Nikole responded to me letting me know they got my request and they would be in touch on Monday. Indeed, Monday morning by 10:00 am she called me to answer the questions I had. I later that afternoon went in and saw Rob. He listened to my needs and showed me several cars that would meet my budget. I was unsure and said I needed to think about it. There was no pressure. After thinking about the deal they offered, I called Rob to ask a few more questions and I was able to get a deal I wanted over the phone. I told Rob I would be back within the hour and he was able to alert the team and get all the paperwork started. CJ did my financing and to no surprise was a delight to work with. From the owner to the staff they really care about the customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

Buying a used Jeep Wrangler I had spoken with the Rob Edmonds at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown about a used Jeep Wrangler they had recently listed. I made an appointment to see and I had spoken with the Rob Edmonds at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown about a used Jeep Wrangler they had recently listed. I made an appointment to see and drive the Jeep on July 1, 2015. Rob was there at the appointed time with the vehicle ready for me to see. The vehicle was more than I had hoped for and after as short drive I was convinced I wanted to complete the purchase. We went back to the show room and and within a matter of minutes we had agreed on the price. Rob was able to quickly complete the transaction including arranging financing. There was no "strong arming" or pressure of any sort which is a characteristic of a dealership that I admire. Within two hours the details were complete and I was able to happily drive off in my newly acquired Jeep.
