He told us that the car looked good, but he was really impressed with the salesman, Mario. He thought he was a genuine, good guy. We made the 1.5 hour drive out there, and Mario agreed to stay to meet us even though he was getting off sooner. Mario was very pleasant, and we saw why our son spoke highly of him. Mario was very helpful and not pushy. He has a genuine personality and is a true professional. I would highly recommend him as a salesman to my friends. Thank you for your assistance Mario. More

Great experience buying Spark EV I found exactly the car I was looking for at this dealership. Sales process was respectful and straightforward. The price was fair for a vehicle wit I found exactly the car I was looking for at this dealership. Sales process was respectful and straightforward. The price was fair for a vehicle with a rare color and low miles. Any concerns I expressed were addressed to my satisfaction (including buffing out a scuff mark and making sure that the originally supplied 110 volt car charger was included). My only challenge was that the paperwork and payment part of the process was delayed by more than 30 minutes and I had to wait. The salesperson, Mario, did a good job trying to make the wait bearable, but it felt too long. Once the paperwork process finally started, Rob made it go smoothly. The table top computer they used for the final paperwork (really: paperless, until they printed my copies) was pretty cool. Mario was highly professional and friendly; he even picked us up at the metro station when we arrived to take possession of the car. Overall, it was a great experience and I would have no hesitation to purchase a car from this dealership in the future. More

He gave us no pressure and was great through the whole process. The finance guy, Rob, was great too. No pressure from him either. We drove over 3 hours to go to this dealership and I’m glad we did. We plan to go there again when we aren’t ready for our next vehicle. More

As a family with 4 kids, it was time to upgrade to a Suburban. We said goodbye to our beloved Traverse, and happily jumped into our new family vehicle. The SUV is absolutely beautiful, and is in pristine condition. They gave us a great trade-in value for our old car which helped us come to a manageable monthly payment. The best part was the service. Salesman Peter Eaton was just wonderful! We had our 7 month son with us, and he made sure to move us along in the process so we could get wrapped up quickly and home to our other 3 kids. He's SUPER knowledgeable about all the vehicles, and made sure we drove out of there 110% satisfied. Thanks Criswell and Peter! More
