He was professional, kind, and quick to respond via email and phone, which put us at ease. Since we live far away and had to bring our two small kids, Peter had the truck and the paperwork waiting for us. It only took 30 minutes to complete the paperwork and we were on our way! Traded 16 Cruze on new 19 Malibu I took advantage of a "pull ahead" from GM via Abe to get a new and larger vehicle. Abe was outstanding the entire experience. He worked to get me the very best deal, including using the GEX discount I was able to obtain from GM. When I arrived at the store for turn in and delivery, Abe as all set and speeded me through the process. This included quick and efficient work from Rob in finance, who used an very cool, horizontal desk screen to walk me through the paperwork. Abe then explained all the key features of my new "Northsky Blue" Malibu and got me on the road home. Both gentlemen were true professionals and I appreciated their attention.
