In 2013 I bought my Tacoma at this dealership and love it! I have 219,000 miles on the truck and have only had to do general maintenence. About five years into owning the truck I was told I needed to r it! I have 219,000 miles on the truck and have only had to do general maintenence. About five years into owning the truck I was told I needed to replace all of my lug nuts.... they were over $200! About two years ago they recommended I change them again.... they now cost over $300!! Due to this I started taking my truck to other businesses. I brought up the issue each time and was told they were fine. I just went back after staying away for a few years. They refused to rotate my tires because it is s safety risk. I would be willing to replace the lug nuts if they weren't marking them up so much. I could easily get them online for less than half the price. I won't be returning to this dealership unless I plan on buying another Toyota truck. More

The staff and the service is always great. I am a little disappointed that the video of the inspections do no always come thru. I do enjoy watching the inspections and listening to this. Everything else is great and they are done in a timely manner. Everyone explains thins well and helps if you are confused. More

Service manager Rob G has been first rate. Didn’t jump to any conclusions has put together a plan and has been professional and considerate throughout the process. They quoted me one price for a water pump repair and when I got to the dealership they wanted $400+ more. The service advisor said "where's your proof". I said you record the calls plus you sent me an email. I got to the dealership they wanted $400+ more. The service advisor said "where's your proof". I said you record the calls plus you sent me an email. When I pulled the email there was no price, convenient. We finally came to a price I disagreed but was better and they had me by the xxxxx because I needed the repair. Immediately after the repair we started experiencing a new issue that was previously not there. I left messages to be called back and no call back. When I finally got ahold of a service advisor I was told I couldn't get in for over a week but that I could leave the vehicle there for them to fit it in but no idea of when that might be. Keep in mind I purchased the vehicle from this dealership and have been a good customer. These people are shady and will bait and switch you. If you argue for yourself, you may end up with bigger issues. When getting a quote, record the conversation and ask for the price to be emailed or they will take advantage of you. This place used to be a lot better but now gives of used car salesman vibes. More
